Our cup tags are laser cut and engraved from glossy acrylic. The engraving is then filled with paint to make the details pop and additional details are glued on top. Due to the handmade nature of these items, small flaws may occur during this process.

Each plate measures approximately 2.9 x 2.7 inches and is 1/8 inch thick. They should fit over the straw of your cup and snuggly within the space between the edges of the lid. You may have to apply very slight pressure when putting it on to make sure it is flush and in place. This is not a design flaw but is done to ensure that the topper does not move or fall off your tumbler.
